Layering different materials

To layer gold and silver necklaces, start by choosing a variety of different necklace styles and lengths. For example, you could choose a long silver pendant necklace, a shorter gold chain necklace, and a medium-length gold and silver layered necklace.

Next, put on the longest necklace first, then add the next longest necklace, and so on. Adjust the layering as desired for a balanced and visually interesting look. To give the layered look more depth, you can also add some necklace with different textures or pendants/charms to it.
